What Will Blog and Article Marketing Do for Your Business?

Google made big changes to the ways their search results rank,   in the name of providing more relevant search results for it’s users, google engineers published blog post which indicated there were 11.8% organic search results will be affected, put it this way, there are about 12% of google search results are considered low quality by google itself. They planned and started the update about one year ago, and recently I see some of my ranks were lowered considerably, but almost all the ranks promoted by articles and blog posts were not affected, a few of these keywords ranked better than ever, it’s almost a sure thing that plain link building loses all it’s attraction, at least in the eye of google.

What is old way of link building any way? a lot of marketing companies did and are doing the plain link building, they will get links from any websites which accept adding links, the only updates on those websites are the new links, and most of them are useless, we call these sites link spamming sites. The latest google update will definitely downgrade most if not all of these sites, any links on them will be affected too. 

Let’s check out a few examples. In the very beginning, I didn’t know better, I started with this keyword, Sash Chains, it was old way of link building all the way, lately I figured that every site in the campaign had way too many links, and the worst thing is that those sites are linking sites only and had no content, not even crap content. In the beginning, the ranking of the keyword in question rise pretty fast, eventually the keyword could be found on first page, this was the case until google made the change. Something opposite happened to this keyword, chain puller , we promoted this keyword with articles and blog posts, almost no plain links, you can imagine how this keyword ranks. Old and outdated linking campaign lost to content linking, what’s next? In fact the only thing matters here is content, when you create unique and quality content, your rank will improve over time, since search engines are another kind of readers. It’s never too late to build good blogs for business purpose, for instance let’s examine this one, kids clothing , I didn’t put too much effort into it from start, but I never stopped posting, the result? I got nice ranking for a few realy nice keywords now. As we can see, creating quality content and article marketing is what we have to do to get great result. Now imagine you have your own blog network, for instance Grade 70 Chains, then it will be easier to do article marketing.

At the end of day all you have to do is to create attractive content, share the content with people, in the mean time advertise your business with your content, your effort will reward you handsomely in the end. Persistence and patience are the keys to success, long term strategy is required to improve anything of significance, be it your business or search rankings, let’s keep building and maintaining our blogs until end of the day. Lately google did something to their ranking algorithm,   the reason cited is that google wanted to provide more relevant results, google engineers published blog post which indicated there were 11.8% organic search results will be affected, in another word, google thinks about 12% of it’s search results are really bad and need to manipulated. The update was initiated more than a year ago, maybe that’s why some of my ranks dropped out of first 10 pages, but almost all the ranks promoted by articles and blog posts were not affected, and a few of them even gained a few positions, it’s obvious that linking campaign the old way is the thing of past, probably due to links crammed sites being downgraded by google.

Now what on earth is plain link building and how do people do it? a lot of marketing companies did and are doing the plain link building, they add your links to those linking websites without context, these websites will only be updated when new links are being added, and most of them are useless, we call these sites link spamming sites. Now google algorithm probably will weed out these sites, any links on them will be affected too. 

Let’s check out a few examples. It was quite some time ago, I started promote the keyword, Transport Chain, of course with old way of link building, almost all the sites I got link from had too many links, worst yet, those sites had no content at all. I would give credit where credit is due, this linking strategy worked, finally the rank improved a lot,   the honeymoon lasted until google changed it’s mind. Now let’s look at another keyword, chain puller , we promoted this keyword with articles and blog posts, almost no plain links, now we have really good ranking for this keyword. Now contextual links win the battle, then what? Actually this is all about content, so if you create great content, not only people will love to read your stuff, so do the search engines. How do you do it? Writing articles and building blogs, such as this interesting blog, kaiya eve , in the beginning I just post to it casually, lately I added nice stuff left and right, you probably think this site won’t rank a all, in actuality my site is ranking high for some nice search phrases. As we can see, article marketing with great content is the way to go. If you can build a group of your own blogs, something like Chain Binders, then it will be easier to do article marketing.

Bottom line is that you should create great content, share the content with people, in the mean time advertise your business with your content, this strategy will prevail in short or long term. Binder Chains and Chain Binders

Grade 70 chains and ratchet chain binders are tough tie down equipment , both chains and binders are made of carbon steel, their working load limits are higher than their straps counterparts , say we compare grade 70 size 5/16” binder chain(which has 4700lbs WLL) to 2” tie downs(typical WLL 3333lbs) ,  6600lbs 3/8” transport chains vs. 5400lbs 4” tie down straps , you will see that compare to tie down straps, binder chains are much stronger, and chain binders are even stronger than same size chains, for instance, 5/16”-3/8” binder has WLL 5400lbs which is stronger than 4700lbs WLL of 5/16” grade 70 chain . Another reason chains and binders are considered heavy duty, is their design factor is 4:1 while webbing tie downs have 3:1 typical design factor, see “Design Factor” for reference .

According to NACM recommendations, the carbon steel used in making grade 70 chains should meet following criteria: no more than 0.35% Carbon, 0.040% Phosphorous and 0.050% Sulfur . When the material meets NACM recommendation, the manufacturing process are under strict quality control, and the final products meet or exceed  DOT requirements, you can put the chains and binders on your 18 wheeler and haul away.

We use these heavy duty chains and binders to haul heavy equipment, for instance, backhoe, bulldozer, forklift, these big rigs are tough or straps, we have to use steel chains to tie them down , when we talk about backhoe, forklift, we need at least 3/8” grade 70 chains and binders to secure them, for something which has less weight we consider 5/16” chains are good fit, of course we still have 1/2” and up chains and binders, these chains will most likely be used to tie down something out of ordinary, such as battle tanks, or some other applications require super heavy duty chains.

As we stated above, transport chains, or say binder chains are used on a lot things except for overhead lifting. There are people who use these chains to tear trees, to tow mobile loading docks, a lot of forestry services use large quantity of these grade 70 chains.
